Complaints are concerning customer's allegations that the merchandise they receive is defective and that they have difficulties in receiving replacement or refunds. In January of 2006 the company informed the Bureau that they are currently selling a newly manufactured and more dependable pet door. Complaints have significantly decreased since that date.
